Dr. Abdul Kalam Public school is run by Noor Meeran Education Trust. The aim of the school is to provide quality education to students.

The school is affiliated and also obtained NOC from the Tamil Nadu state government and the K.Dis No is 009803/G1/S2/2020.

- The school works for 5 days a week and the working hours are as follows:
- Mon to Fri – 09.00 AM to 04.00 PM
- Classes I-VIII will leave the campus at 4.00 PM on all working days.
